Sutter Creek features Ree McLaughlan Brown, a Multimedia Artist!
Ree McLaughlan Brown is Sutter Creek Gallery September’s featured artist. On exhibit are original expressive artworks created in 2024. Her art dances with vivid color, motion and intensity. These include paintings created with alcohol inks, encaustic wax, acrylic and oil paint with cold wax. Each piece engages the viewer with a story and emotion.
A professional artist, with an art degree from CSU, Sacramento, Ree and her work are well known locally. She often donates to make a difference, including a silent auction painting in September at Sutter Creek Gallery towards a student art scholarship.
A reception with art, food, wine and friendship will be held Saturday, September 7, 2024, from 2-5pm at Sutter Creek Gallery, 40-B Main Street, Sutter Creek, CA 95685. Ree’s personal portfolio of happy folks with her art, will be at the reception for you to enjoy!
